Automated Quarterly reports

Quarterly reports are surveys of founders that allows the program to track certain metrics such as the number of full-time employees, revenue generated over the last 3 months, funds raised, and likelihood the founders will recommend the mentorship program to peers.

When enabled, Traction5 will send out automated requests to founders on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. A reminder will go out to them on the 10th of the month, if the report is not received from this particular venture.

Automatic reports have two states: Enabled/Disabled. To change this, navigate to “Settings” -> “Optional modules”

If this option is set to “Disabled”, no automated messages from Traction5 will go out.

If this option is set to "Enabled," Traction 5 will send a link to submit a quarterly report at the end of each quarter. The summary report will be available in Reports, under “Quarterly Venture Reports” once the information has been collected.
