Sessions are mentorship meetings. There are several ways that sessions can be scheduled.

As an admin, scheduling a new session will fall into one of two circumstances:

If you know when the session is going to take place

  1. go to sessions
  2. Schedule the sessios
  3. Click save. Note that invites will not yet be sent out.
  4. To send out the invites, click on the Invite All button in the top right corner. The status of the session will change from Created to Published.

The lead mentor report, filled out at the end of a session, has a spot for the next session's start/end date.

These fields are not mandatory, but if your team agrees on the next session's date, the lead mentor can provide that scheduling info here.

If you don't have an agreed upon date

The scheduling wizard is a convenient way to get invitee availability and schedule a session that works for everyone.

From the left-hand side navigation menu, click "Sessions" and you'll see the screen in figure 2:
