The scheduling wizard is a tool for scheduling mentoring sessions automatically. Running the wizard will send a request to the founder(s) of the venture for their available meeting date/time options. Once those options are provided, requests are sent to mentors to select which times work for them.

The system gives 4 days for both the founder and at least two mentors to agree on a date. If they do, the wizard will create a session for the earliest agreed upon date/time. If there is no agreement, an email will be sent to the Program Administrator telling them that the wizard failed to schedule the session.

All links that the wizards sends out are available in the log tab on the venture screen.

There are two ways of running the scheduling wizard: through the sessions screen, or through a specific venture's screen.

Through the sessions screen

Navigate to the sessions screen using the left-hand navigation menu (Figure 1).

Click the "+ Wizard" button in the top right hand corner and you'll see the screen in Figure 2.

Search for and select the desired venture(s) you'd like to create the session for (Figure 3)

Click the "Apply" button to start the scheduling wizard. You'll see the message shown in Figure 4.
